  Not only are the quality of thier apartments mediocre, but the company will take advantage of you constantly, I haven’t had hot water for months regardless of how many notices I send them, they also charge unnecessary fees that don’t make sense to get more money. The staff that works here is rude and property management does not care about their tenets at all. I literally gave them a star because I had to but DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE there are so many better places in Richmond trust me I’m counting down the days until this lease is over.

  If there was a half star rating I would give it to them. I would like to be very honest about this review to whoever is reading it. I am the type of person never to sugarcoat anything but this has to be made public. Foxglove changed management when I was a tenant and let me say this. IT IS THE WORST AND MOST DESPICABLE apartment rental agency ever. I have rented to over 30 location due to my work. I have never had any problems and if I did, they were quickly solved. When management changed they started adding charges left and right to recover there initial investment from tenants. They even forced people on social security to pay late fees! in front of my eyes! for charges the previous administration failed to put on the system correctly. Honestly I got slapped with overages for crazy things like "Maintenance requests" which I put 5 months ago and they decided to show up after the issue got solved. They have a dubious online system that allows customers to be manipulated financially as well. Overall I'm done. I broke my lease. Didnt even finish my contract. Left them my deposit. thats how ready I was to go.
