  Not only are the quality of thier apartments mediocre, but the company will take advantage of you constantly, I haven’t had hot water for months regardless of how many notices I send them, they also charge unnecessary fees that don’t make sense to get more money. The staff that works here is rude and property management does not care about their tenets at all. I literally gave them a star because I had to but DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE there are so many better places in Richmond trust me I’m counting down the days until this lease is over.

• Review of "Linville Insurance Agency" at Richmond

  I was fairly sure I could get a better deal on car insurance from a local provider, but I didn't expect it to be such a gratifying experience. I walked in the door and was greeted by Sherry immediately. She asked me to wait for a moment; it was less than 60 seconds and we were talking insurance. Sherry reviewed a couple items on my current plan and identified areas I was likely to get burned if involved in an accident (the online guys didn't do that for me). She recommended that I increase coverage in those areas and thought to myself "Here comes the up-sale, this isn't going to be any cheaper at all". Spoiler alert- I was wrong! I left the office and she went to work getting my quote together and less than an hour later I had an official quote in my inbox. LESS THAN HALF (47%) what I was paying and with much better coverage limits. I was able to e-sign all the docs from my computer and didn't even need to go back to their office. I will never by insurance from the web based, national insurance chains again. The big guys claim big savings but Linville delivered! I could have saved thousands of dollars if I would have gone to Linville a couple years earlier. Thanks Sherry for all your help. Mark

• Review of "Wilds Apartments/Wildbridge Rentals" at Richmond

  If you're looking for an apartment complex that will aggravate you and not work with you in hard times the slightest bit, rent from Mark Wilds. They have their own "maintenance man", but somehow, it is left up to the tenant to fix anything other than the doorknob on the front door. Was completely moved out 3 days before the following month, and they would not let me have my deposit back due to a poorly written lease, charging me for the following month in which the apartment was vacant. Necessary to say this was my third apartment complex renting from, and I never had a single problem or run-in with the previous two. Again, if you want to pay more money than you think you will be paying up-front, and responsible for fixing everything on your own so they don't have to pay out of their own pockets, rent from Mark Wilds. My college student opinion: DON'T.
